Personal Print Work - 2010 to 2012
Personal design work, including: - Sho Collective Work - Gift Art
"Money is the root of all evil"

First piece for my part of the Sho Collective's exhibition, "Sho me the money!". The theme reflects the name, it's all about money, both good and bad aspects of it. My take on it, for this piece at least, is that money is not all it's cracked up to be.

The word 'evil' represents a tree; the monetary symbols/words are stuck in the roots - hence the title "Money is the root of all evil"...make of it what you will.
"Harry Blades & Angry Daves"

A gift art design for a friend's store - Harry Blades & Angry Daves, a hairdresser's and clothing store in Bristol. All the elements (except the swirls and border) were hand-drawn and then scanned into Photoshop, then put together to create the final piece.
"You are my sunshine"

A personal print piece using a quote from the song 'You Are My Sunshine'. Decided to make a little cheer-up print that people could put on their walls to make them feel better about life/rainy days/etc.
"Time is Free"

A print piece that I designed for a competition to be sold on a print website (I forget which one) - the theme was 'time' and I chose this inspirational quote from Harvey MacKay as the central idea. It's a cool quote because it reminds us that time is precious and shouldn't be wasted - something everyone needs to remember!
